Organic potatoes are different   from the common   potatoes . These potatoes are  produced by using the organic method of farming. Organic potatoes are  produced by using the chemical  fertilizers and pesticides. These are  produced   by using green and organic  methods and manures  .This product is  approved after ensuring the organic standard and  farms have been approved for organic produce by  S.G.S India Pvt .Ltd. 250 Udyog Vihar, Phase IV Gurgaon.

The organic farming module shall remain valid   up to 2 Jan 2006.  The potatoes produced under organic pattern of production are table variety of organic potatoes and Organic seed potatoes. GKF farms follows strict rules of organic pattern of cultivation produce a very good quality of organic potatoes.

Low  Sugar potatoes are those  potatoes in which sugar contents are low. This potatoes produced in farms contain some percentage of sugar. Central Potato Research Institute Of India has developed some varieties of potato which have a low sugar level .  These varieties are chipsona-1 and chipsona-2 .These varieties are produced under different circumstances  by using CIPC technology which will help  to maintain low sugar level  for long time. G.K.F farms are engaged in the production of these

varieties since for a long time. These low sugar potatoes are best  for producing potatoes based products like chips, French Fries, potatoes powder etc. G.K.F.  farms have maintaining a good and productive relationship with potato processing people and suppliers are updated with changing time and techniques. We produce Table potatoes on a very large scale and these potatoes are sold by us in the local market. We have our own infrastructure to support the same. Kufri badshah, kufri chandramukhi, kufri lavkar etc. We produce  some foreign  varieties also  such as Desure, lady Roseuta  etc. Our terget market is mainly for local consumption.
